🚚 Delivery Policy
- Local Delivery: Available within an 8-mile radius only. Requires a $45 minimum purchase. As part of the launch, you'll also receive a free sample of each sauce in your package.
To preserve their artisan quality:
- In the freezer: Keep at 0°F (or lower) for up to 4 months.
- Our sauces: Store in a cool place while sealed, and refrigerate immediately after opening.
How to Prepare: NEVER THAW them fry them directly
- 💨10 minutes at 370°F Air Fryer: Paint with a brush all sides of the empanadas with cooking oil. Place them upright in the basket, or lay them flat and flip them at 8 minutes for an even golden-brown color and perfect crunch.
- 🔥5 min 370°F Deep Fry: Only place them in when you've checked that the oil is hot this guarantees a crispy golden brown and prevents them from getting soggy, until golden brown and crispy.
- A propane burner is the best option, as electric burners often have automatic controls that cause the temperature to drop sharply, leading to a poor result where the food absorbs too much oil. Do not overcrowd the pan with too many frozen empanadas, as this causes the same undesirable drop in temperature.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order in person, or leave a cooler with ice packs or an accessible freezer outside at a temperature below 40°F. You can text us to coordinate the drop-off.
Due to Texas health and food safety regulations, perishable frozen items cannot be left on the ground or outdoors unprotected. If safe storage conditions are not met upon arrival, your order will not be delivered. A redelivery fee will apply to reschedule your shipment.
